Welcome to the official page of the
NCFMC Sickle Cell Beacon Society!

What is the Sickle Cell Beacon Society?

Under North Central Family Medicine (NCFM) management, the Sickle Cell Beacon Society is dedicated to supporting individuals living with sickle cell disease (SCD) through a structured, person-centered support model.

The Beacon Society serves two primary purposes for participants:

01.

To offer ongoing support to help manage the emotional and physical challenges of SCD.

02.

To provide information about and access to healthcare services available through NCFM during health center visits.

Upcoming Beacon Society Sessions

The Beacon Society hosts one in-person session each month. All sessions consist of an open discussion.
Session content will be shared the day before each upcoming session.
