Supporting Our Teachers, Celebrating Our Communities!
North Central Family Medicine (NCFM), through its Health & Harmony initiative and the Sickle Cell Support Group (SCSG), is proud to announce the 2025-2026 Teacher Supply Drive, supporting educators across Rock Hill, Chester, and surrounding communities.
Launching on September 1, 2025, and running through May 30, 2026, this initiative will provide up to 100+ teacher supply bags each month to schools in the region. Each bag will be hand-delivered and filled with classroom essentials that help ease the financial burden on teachers and ensure students have the necessary tools to succeed.
But this effort is about more than just classroom supplies. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NCFM is committed to improving both education and health outcomes in the communities we serve. Along with delivering supply bags, our team will share information on healthy living, preventive care, and wellness resources, including sickle cell awareness, nutrition tips, and mental health supports for educators and families. By connecting teachers with healthcare knowledge alongside classroom tools, we aim to strengthen the overall well-being of both schools and communities.
