We offer full, comprehensive primary medical care to approximately 10,000 residents, with more than 30,000 patient visits annually, in three locations in York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties.

Meet Our CEO

Mr. Stu Carroll

Stu is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare finance, operations, pharmacy innovation, strategy, and organizational growth. He currently serves as President & CEO of North Central Family Medicine (NCFM). Under his leadership, NCFM continues advancing its mission of delivering accessible, affordable, and comprehensive care through services that include pediatrics, women’s health, adult medicine, integrated behavioral health, pharmacy, and laboratory services.

Throughout his career, Stu has held numerous leadership roles, including CFO, Interim CEO, Chief Business Development Officer, Pharmacy Manager, consultant, and healthcare strategist, which have provided him with a broad perspective on strengthening community healthcare organizations. In addition to leading NCFM, he advises health centers and nonprofit hospitals nationwide on revenue maximization, 340B optimization, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth strategies.
